Dining across campus is just a swipe away! When you filled out your housing contract, you would have selected your meal plan so when you arrive on campus your Duquesne Student ID will be preloaded with the meal plan that you selected. If you did not select a meal plan prior to arriving, you will automatically be enrolled into the Gold Plan. You can change your plan within the first two weeks of each semester in the DU Card Office. If you are experiencing any problems with the meal plan or FLEX portion of your Student ID when you arrive, please contact the Dining Services Office or visit us in the Duquesne Student Union - Suite 333.
You can use up to four Meal Swipes each day. There is a one hour waiting period between the use of Meal Swipes. Your Meal Swipes can be used a Hogan Dining Center, The Incline, Chick-fil-A, and Cinco Cantina. At Campus Market a Meal Swipe can be used as a Meal Exchange for a boxed meal-to-go.
Meal Swipe Equivalency allows you to use a Meal Swipe with a value of $3.95 for breakfast, $5.50 for lunch, and $6.00 for dinner at Chick-fil-A, Cinco Cantin, and The Incline.
To check balances on the Blackboard eAccounts app from the App Store or Google Play, search Duquesne University, select LDAPS, login using your multipass username and password, then go to Accounts to check balances and transactions.
Additionally, you can ask any cashier for your remaining balance of Meal Plan FLEX, PLUS, or meal swipes, or you can visit the Duquesne Dining Office in the Duquesne Union - Suite 333.
Unused Meal Swipes expire at the end of each semester.
FLEX is accepted at all locations on campus including Hogan Dining Center, Campus Market, Chick-fil-A, Cinco Cantina, The Incline, Starbucks, Rockwell Market, Campus Market Express at Fisher, Freshens and The Red Ring Bar & Grille.
Meal Plan FLEX carries over from semester to semester, but expires at the end of the academic year.
PLUS carries over from semester to semester and year to year, while you are a registered student, until you graduate or leave the university.
Yes. Residents students may purchase a PLUS Plan, in addition to their resident meal plan, to be billed to their student account.
Yes. You may purchase additional PLUS Plans at the Duquesne Dining Office. Each PLUS Plan purchased will be billed to your student account.
PLUS is accepted at all Duquesne University Dining Services operated location. These locations include Starbucks, Freshens, The Red Ring, The Incline, Chick-fil-A, Cinco Cantina, Hogan Dining Center, Rockwell Market, Campus Market, Campus Market Express, and Coffee Tree Roasters. PLUS is not accepted at Barnes & Nobel Café or Subway.
Parkhurst FLEX and Bonus Bucs automatically became PLUS on July 1, 2016.
Duquesne Dining accommodates guests with a variety of food allergies, intolerance, and special diets. Hogan Dining Center offers "Allergen Safe Zones" and a vegan and vegetarian station (V2) that can accommodate most diets. Our AllerTrain cetified chefs meet with each individual that has an allergy or intolerance to review his or her diet and preferences. To arrange a meeting please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
